Well motorcycle cruising season isn’t that far away and it’s time to think about getting the motorcycle out of the corner and getting it ready for the new riding season. If you were smart you gave the bike a good wash before putting it away for the season making the whole project a little easier. Where do you start and what should you do.

I always start with a   fresh wash just to get all the dust accumulated from the winters storage. Next I dry the bike or let it sit and dry normally. I personally have a bagger so I take the bags off  when I wash the bike this also makes cleaning and waxing easier. Its a good idea to do a thorough cleaning and waxing of all painted,  chrome and aluminum. There are allot of cleaners and waxes on the market so research and find the ones that fit your needs best. If you have a leather seat I would recommend cleaning and treating this also. While you’re at the leather clean you might as well get your Black Leather Motorcycle Jacket and all your other leather accessories to clean and treat them at the same time.

It’s always a bigger thrill riding a clean bike. I like my bike clean when I leave on a ride enabling me to show off all the chrome that makes it a head turner.
