eather for different reasons for some it’s for the look and elegance for others it’s for it’s durability and the safety it provides. Whatever the reason for purchasing may be we usually have a substantial investment in our leather garments. Therefore it is important to know how to take care of these garments.
Most garments have a tag on them someplace explaining the care and proper cleaning procedures to use. There are different types of leather usually classified as either finished or unfinished. Saddles and Baseball gloves would be examples of unfinished leather. It is very important to use proper cleaners and test them in an place that isn’t seen to make sure it’s compatible with the dyes and finish used on the garment. A mild moisturizing soap works well for removing spots and stains. The soap should be worked into a lather and avoid liquid saturation of the leather.
A good moisturizing conditioner should be applied to the Ladies Leather Motorcycle Jacket and allowed to be absorbed before buffing the Leather product to a lustrous shine. Research show that linseed oil is a good product for treating and cleaning leather goods. Avoid smoke and sunshine whenever possible as they are very harmful to leather.
